Our Story
RSS Sales & Services was established in 2017, but our experience in the welding industry goes back many years before that. Our founders and core team spent 10 to 15 years working hands-on in the same field, gaining practical knowledge of welding machines, service work, and the day-to-day demands of industrial environments. Starting this business wasn’t an overnight decision. It was something our core team had envisioned for a long time, built on the experience and confidence gained through years of working on the shop floor and in the field.
Before launching RSS Sales & Services, our team had already accumulated a combined 112 years of direct experience across different areas of the welding trade. That experience comes from working with equipment in real conditions, solving problems, maintaining machines, and making sure systems perform reliably where downtime isn’t an option. It also shaped our belief that good service is just as important as the machine itself.
When we started RSS Sales & Services, the goal was simple. We wanted to offer more than just welding equipment. We wanted to be a reliable partner who understands the machinery, can recommend the right solution, and support it properly after installation. We saw a need for a company that could combine strong technical knowledge with honest guidance and dependable service.
Today, we focus on supplying welding machines that match the actual needs of each application and budget, while also providing reliable service, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. Our team understands the equipment inside and out, allowing us to keep machines running accurately, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. We take pride in doing things the right way and standing behind the equipment we supply long after the sale.
